Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rewire and Radiate, we are committed to providing high-quality mindset systems and professional coaching. To maintain our System Integrity and ensure the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies apply to all transactions:

1. DIGITAL ASSETS & "CODE" DELIVERY All sales of digital products—including downloadable guides, video masterclasses, and pre-recorded programs—are final and non-refundable. Because digital delivery is initialized immediately upon purchase, we cannot revoke access once the "code" has been deployed to your system.

2. 1:1 SESSIONS & CONSULTATIONS

System Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any 1:1 appointment. This allows us to reallocate that time-slot in our architecture. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of that session.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or credit. Appointments missed without notice ("System No-Shows") or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

3. MULTI-SESSION PACKAGES & PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT Our programs are designed as a long-term partnership. If you choose to terminate a multi-session program or package before its scheduled completion, the following "Decoupling Protocol" applies:

Prorated Costs: You are responsible for the full cost of all sessions already conducted.

Administrative Fee: A 25% administrative termination fee will be applied to the remaining balance of the contract to cover system-processing and lost scheduling opportunities.

Expiration: Unused sessions within a package expire if not utilized within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Discretionary Refusal:Rewire and Radiate reserves the right to refuse service or provide a full refund at our discretion to maintain the professional integrity of our community and programs.
